> Esperienza: Description of the activities: Technical activities: • Ensure that all necessary testing activities are carried out in compliance with GMP and Site standards and results are given on time • Develop and validate new methods for analysis based on Pharmacopeia requisites in collaboration with other departments Management: • Manage a group of about 15 persons • Schedule and organize the daily activities with Team Coordinators and Schedulers • Identify solutions to improve lab efficiency and simplify the daily tasks • Propose and drive changes in culture, working habits and promote efficiency • Responsible for organization, training, management and development of people • Propose the annual budget of investment for the lab with the idea of continuous improvement Professional/Technical skills: Education: • Minimum: Degree in Biology, CTF or Pharmacy . Languages: • Fluent in English • Spoken and written Italian language proficiency, preferred. Experience: • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Quality in pharmaceutical or related industry • 5 years working in a Quality Control environment • Demonstrated knowledge of cGMP and FDA requirements required • Knowledge of computer systems • Demonstrated compliant behaviors in a regulated manufacturing environment. • Communication and management skills • Ability to drive change culture in a complex environment
